Development

Our “Mentoring & Development Cycle” defines our training strategy, guiding you through the learning for your first 12-24 months. You will be trained on all knowledge, skills & tasks to excel in your position and be exposed to the soft skills learning that the hospitality sector gift us all. You will have the opportunity to participate in leadership academy sessions to learn skills ranging from how to safely & legally manage a business to how to become an effective leader. We also organise hands-on training through an annual trips calendar visiting suppliers and vineyards.
By the time you’ve worked your way through it all, you’ll have all the skills you need to be a great General Manager or Head Chef.
