Nacho Manzano, our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, grew up in the tiny village of La Salgar in the northern Asturias mountains, where he learnt to cook with his grandmother and mother. Under his guidance, our restaurants celebrate the spirit and style of our homeland with the finest food, the best wines, and a truly authentic experience of Spain.

The Restaurant

The restaurant itself is found within the iconic Zig Zag building, just a five minute walk from Victoria station and has been decorated in calming muted tones with a mix of upholstered furniture, low-hanging industrial- style lighting and open shelving displaying authentic Spanish ceramics.

On the ground floor, you will find the bar area which is ideal for after work drinks, post shopping tipples and if the sun is shining, the terrace will open for some al-fresco dining. The first floor boasts a large open plan dining room where you can enjoy Ibérica’s authentic Spanish cuisine in a sophisticated and charming setting.

The best kept secret of Ibérica Victoria is the small private room in the main dining room upstairs that fits up 6 people, perfect for meetings and intimate private dining.
