Spring is here, and so is our new menu! Get ready to indulge in the tantalising flavours of the season as we unveil our latest selection of dishes, available now at all of our restaurants. We promise to take you on an unforgettable journey this Primavera season.

Highlights include the must-try tapas for two: our Beef Cheek Croissant, filled with San Simón cheese, sun-dried tomato, and basil, toasted to perfection and topped with a flavourful beef cheek stew and crisp pickles.

Also, enjoy our Ibérica burgers—two succulent pork sliders adorned with cheese, piquillo peppers, and chimichurri—or opt for the irresistible Beef fillet tartare on toast, elevated to perfection with creamy seaweed butter, pickled shallots, vibrant red onions, and a zesty soy and mustard dressing for the final touch.

Our team, led by Nacho Manzano, has poured extra care and effort into crafting each dish, using only the Spanish finest, in-season ingredients, and infusing them with our unique Ibérica touch.
