1 bag of Precooked Octopus “DON BOCARTE” weighing 300g-400g
100 ml Olive oil
2 Bay leaves
Sea salt flakes
Boil the potatoes until a fork goes in easily, thes peel and slice them.
Remove the Don Bocarte precooked octopus from package, slice and place it on top the potatoes.
Sprinkle salt flakes and drizzle all dish with extra virgin olive oil and sweet Spanish paprika.
Serve on a wooden dish, sprinkled with plenty of pimentón and drizzled with oil.
