Join us from 22nd November as we launch our new festive Game menu, celebrating the best of seasonal meats.
We’ve three new dishes decided by our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano, including Venison loin with celariac puree, glazed celariac and a dark chocolate jus, Mallard duck breast with beetroot three ways and the winter classic at Ibérica, Hare croquetas with a caperberry alioli.
To bring in the festive cheer each dish has been delicately paired with one of a red wine, from our Coravin selection. Served in 75ml taster measures it’s a great way to sample some new wines alongside your meal.
