Jamón Ibérico

The quality of flavour and texture of jamón Ibérico varies by grade and is a direct result of the lifestyle, diet and breeding of the pig. Ours come from black Iberian pigs raised freely in oak forests, feasting on a diet rich in acorns during the Montanera season.

This unique diet infuses the meat with a distinct nutty sweetness. Coupled with meticulous breeding, each slice embodies exceptional marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavor, reflecting our commitment to tradition and craftsmanship.
