Claim your experiences reward

  • Request and collect your personal experiences passport.
  • Book and complete all four different experiences available within the expiry date shown on your passport by using the same details provided upon requesting your passport.
  • Ask our team to apply a stamp on your passport upon each of your experiences visits.
  • Once you collected all four different stamps available, contact us at experiences@ibericarestaurants.com, and we’ll verify all your completed experiences and confirm your reward.
  • If eligible for our experiences reward, you’ll receive a special voucher valid for a complimentary dining experience at an Ibérica restaurant of your choice, including a tapas menu with paired drinks for up to four people specially created by our chef.

Important T&C

  • All experiences passports have a maximum validity of 12 months from the issue date shown, which usually matches the date of your first experience booking.
  • After the expiry date, the experiences passport holder will no longer be eligible for a reward.
  • Experiences are only available on selected venues, days and times and bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance using the same details as shown on your experiences passport to be eligible for a reward.
  • Only one stamp per experience booking can be applied to the lead booker’s experiences passport.
  • Subject to availability, we can provide a new experiences passport to any guests attending an experience. However, the experience stamp will only be applied to the booker’s passport.
  • If you have already completed one or more experiences after 1st June 2023 and wish to request a passport, you can get in touch at experiences@ibericarestaurants.com confirming your previous experience bookings details. If eligible, we’ll issue a new passport for you to collect on your next visit applying any pre-collected stamp. Your passport validity will start on the date of your first completed experience.
  • Any experiences reward voucher received must be redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated on the voucher and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • If you lose your experiences passport, get in touch at experiences@ibericarestaurants.com confirming your passport details. We’ll issue a new passport for you to collect on your next visit applying any pre-collected stamp. A £5 fee will be charged for re-issueing your passport.
  • Ibérica Restaurants reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the above Terms and Conditions at any time.
