As part of our 10th Anniversary celebrations, this September and October, we’re visiting Andalucía for the fifth stop on our regional tour of Spain.
Andalucía is the home of flamenco and the feria. The landscape is contrasting, featuring mountains,
desert plains and sandy beaches bathed in over 300 days of sunshine every year. Andalusian cuisine is
simple, inspired by local and fresh produce, reflected in our specials menu.
We’re delighted to be featuring guest dishes from three well-known Andalucían chefs, who along with our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano, hold a total of ten Michelin stars, £1 from the sale of each of these dishes goes to the charity, Action Against Hunger. View the special food & drink menu here.
No celebration of Andalucía would be complete without showcasing some of the regions finest drinks including an exclusive gin cocktail from Puerto de Indias, sherry from Bodegas Gonzalez Byass and a variety of specially selected wines from the region.
We’re hosting a range of events over the two months including a Taste Andalucía experience, a Puerto de Indias pop-up and various opportunities to Meet the Maker. View our upcoming events here.
We are very proud to have been supported by the Government of Andalucía, Extenda,
González Byass and Juan Pedro Domecq, as we celebrate the region of Andalucía across all
of our restaurants this September and October.
