Ibérica is raising awareness and funds for humanitarian charity Action Against Hunger, by offering you the opportunity to have your very own tapas recipe included on Ibérica’s menu!

Submit your own Spanish tapas recipe here. All entries must be received by midnight on 31 December 2014, with the five best recipes shortlisted and announced on 5 January 2015. The finalists will be judged on 19 January at Ibérica Canary Wharf by judges from the World of food & culture: The London Evening Standard’s Andrew Neather, Olive magazines Chrisine Hayes, the founder of 3 Michelin starred DiverXO David Muñoz and Ibérica’s own Michelin-starred Executive Head Chef Nacho Manzano.

The winner will fly to Asturias in Spain to visit Nacho Manzano’s two Michelin starred Casa Marcial. The winning dish will also be made available at Iberica restaurants for a short period.

2nd Prize: £300 to spend at Ibérica and a private meal for friends and family cooked by César García at the finalist’s home.

3rd Prize: £300 to spend at Ibérica Restaurants.

Savour Ibérica’s gastronomic tapas from lunch until late evening amongst the relaxed and authentic atmosphere of a Spanish tapas bar. Our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano, with two Michelin Star for Casa Marcial and one Michelin Star for La Salgar, to his name, oversees a menu of classic dishes with an innovative twist as well as signature dishes from his own restaurant, Casa Marcial in Asturias, Northern Spain. To complement the tapas, Ibérica also offers an extensive selection of cheese and cured meats, including the famous Jamón Ibérico.
