Morcilla is a Spanish blood sausage much like a black pudding, and has a crumbly texture when cooked. This Organic Smoked Asturian Morcilla from Asturias is produced by Bienastur, a family business founded in 1954 in Oviedo, northwest of Spain. Oak-smoked for depth of flavour, it has a good amount of earthy spice from the paprika, salt and garlic its seasoned with. This artisan smoked Morcilla from Galicia is perfect for stews and barbeques, it uses natural casing and it is made from onion, pork, beef, paprika and salt, it is a perfect addition to stews like Fabada Asturiana.
