For one night only we are hosting Michelin-starred chefs David García & Nacho Manzano for an evening of gastronomic food and drink at Ibérica Victoria.

Join us on Tuesday 30th April as we transport you through the flourishing and diverse food scenes of Asturias and Madrid. The six-course tasting menu, paired with wines from Madrid promises to be an explosive collaboration at this one-off event.

David García has trained under some of best, having worked with El Bulli and Mugaritz, it’s no surprise that he now has his own Michelin-star. Now Head Chef at Corral de la Morería, in Madrid, arguably one of the most famous flamenco venues in the world, he is a devoted champion of organic produce and high-quality ingredients. David reflects this in his dishes of squid tallarines with a spicy touch, chipirón stock and hake with the juice of its own bones, parsley.

Our Executive chef, Nacho Manzano of 2 Michelin-star Casa Marcial, will bring his influences from the lush green region of Asturias to collaborate with David, not only a fellow chef but also a friend, to celebrate the month of Madrid at Ibérica. Inspired by land and sea Nacho’s dishes include cod cheeks, avocado, parsley, codium and a dish titled ‘the pigs tail that wanted to be an octopus’.

This really is a totally unique opportunity to dine on some of the very best food from two of the best chefs in Spain. Dishes will be served exactly how you’d find them at Casa Marcial and Corral de la Moreria– precise and perfect.
