Spain is a nation of gin-lovers.
They’ve been crowned Europe’s biggest gin drinkers and they have also mastered some of the most elaborate gin & tonic recipes.
If you drink your gin & tonic in a long glass, you’re not doing it right, the Spanish would say.
If you order a G&T in Spain, they may well pour the tonic water down a spoon and your drink will be served in a “copa de balon“, because, they say, it traps the essential oils from your garnish in your glass, imparting more flavour on the drink.
Join us for a fun evening at La Terraza on Tuesday 24th July and try your hand at making your own gin & tonic.
During the workshop, you will be tasting 4 gins (from Spain) with very different flavour profiles: Gin Mare, Puerto de Indias, Ginabelle and Hibiscus Siderit.
Tickets are £15 per person and include a welcome drink, 1 gin & tonic, the tasting of 4 gins and light tapas. Ticket can be redeemed against a meal on the same evening.
