A warm welcome to our winter dishes.
Created under the guidance our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Nacho Manzano, our new menu features autumnal twists on classic tapas. Expect rich, bold, seasonal flavours from plates including braised oxtail, slow-cooked for 4-hours with sweet potato puree and lamb sweetbreads with black trumpet mushroom sauce and deep fried soft-cooked egg. Our crispy aubergine tapa, a typical dish from Andalucía, is a another we’re adding to the feast, fried in a light batter and drizzled with ‘miel de caña’.
We’re really excited by the latest addition to our dessert menu; apple & cider tart with rosemary infused cream. We recommend pairing with sweet cider, Diamantes de Hielo, for the ultimate end to your meal.
