JOIN US FOR #GINUARY

From the 4th January until the 31st of January, we are celebrating Ginuary at Ibérica. Every week we will be showcasing a different Spanish gin and using it in our own special gin & tonic recipe. Our four chosen gins are Puerto de Indias, Lola y Vera, Ampersand and Ginabelle and we can’t wait for you to try them!

Follow us and #GinuaryIberica on social media and keep an eye out for our new gin & tonic of the week, announced every Wednesday throughout January.


Puerto de Indias (4th – 10th January) 

Puerto de Indias is a premium gin manufactured in Carmona (Seville) in one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries of Andalusia.

The gin present a light pink appearance with notes of liquorice and sweet strawberry. It is served at Ibérica with fresh strawberry and lemon and Fever-Tree tonic at just £9.90 a glass.

Lola Y Vera (11th- 17th January) 

Lola y Vera is a premium gin from the Santamanía distilery in Madrid. Its name comes from their two copper stills, Lola and Vera. This gin is made using grain alcohol, water from the Madrid mountains and top-quality botanicals such as juniper from Macedonia and has a distinctive and surprising flavour.

As part of our month of gin & tonics for Ginuary, we are serving Lola Y Vera with Spanish white Vermouth, basil, juniper berries and Manzanilla olives at just £9.90 a glass.

Ampersand (18th- 24th January) 


Ampersand Gin is triple-distilled in England with juniper, coriander, angelica, pepper and hand-peeled, Spanish lemons and sun dried oranges from Cadiz. Bottled in Spain, Ampersand is a high quality refreshing and elegant gin with fresh and citrus flavours.

It will be served at Ibérica with coffee beans, vanilla and orange twist at just £9.90 a glass.

Ginabelle (25th-31st January)


Ginabelle is a premium Gin from the distillery Pazo de Valdomiño in Galicia. Voted best gin in the world in 2015, it’s the only gin that comes from the distillation of Mirabelle and Albariño. It is combined with five botanicals; juniper, coriander, liquorice, gorse and lemon to create a spirit of exceptional balance between classic gin flavours and subtle fruit character.

It is served at Ibérica with lemon thyme and an orange peel at just £9.90 a glass.
