As part of our 10th Anniversary celebrations, this August, we have chosen your favourite dishes from our regional tour of Spain so far to create a unique menu for each Ibérica restaurant.
All the way from Castilla-La Mancha, both ensalada de perdiz and our slow-cooked leg of milk-fed lamb have proven to be the show-stoppers, closely followed by torrija, the classic Madrilenian dessert, available to order at all locations for the next month.
Missing the Asturian veal Cachopo? Then pay a visit to Ibérica Victoria. Maybe you fancy some huevos rotos con jamón? You will find this dish which featured on our Madrid month specials menu in Marylebone and Glasgow.
Whether you miss your best-loved regional specials or you didn’t get chance to try them, you have asked and we have listened. We hope you can join us to sample the variety of special tapas at each location this August.
In September and October we will be continuing our tour of Spain as we celebrate Andalucía, with a specials menu featuring our takes on classic food and drink from the region.
