The ninth Edition of Tío Pepe Fino ‘En Rama’ has just arrived at Ibérica.

From 10th to 31st May, we will be serving this limited edition sherry from our great friends at Tío Pepe in all our restaurants, accompanied with a ‘gilda’; a traditional pincho of olive and anchovy.

Fino En Rama is unfiltered, raw Tío Pepe sherry, which is drawn straight from the middle of the cask during spring, when the layer of yeast cells that form on the top of the sherry is at its thickest. Made in strictly limited quantities, we are delighted to have a batch from this year’s crop.

This year En Rama, nicknamed Armonía Perfecta (perfect harmony) by winemaker Antonio Flores, has been selected from 62 barrels from the centuries-old cellars La Constancia and Rebollo. The soleras have been refreshed the traditional way, with mosto (must) from the vineyard cluster of the Macharnudo area.

Enjoy this very special exclusive limited edition sherry by the glass (75ml) with a gilda, priced at £6, when having a drink at the bar or dining in our restaurant.
