We’re focusing on the delicate and sweet vegetables of Spain this month, creating recipes which you can re-create at home. Try three new vegan dishes this January including Ibérica favourite Crispy aubergine with miel de caña. You’ll find these across our restaurants from Thursday 6th January until the end of the month. Wednesday 19th January
Start your evening with a Vegan wine tasting with three organic wines from Bodegas Juan Gil. Join us at our Victoria restaurant from 7pm to taste three exceptional, young wines from DO Jumilla, Murcia.
Tickets cost £25 per person and include bite sized nibbles, plus a glass of your favourite Juan Gil wine to enjoy when you choose to stay for dinner afterwards.
Friday 21st January
Join us for our first online wine tasting of 2022 as we go live to the warmer climes of Murcia in Southern Spain and chat with a wine expert from the bodega. We’ll be tasting three organic wines from their collection alongside our in-house host. The events are interactive, and we encourage participation through the chat box and turn your cameras on to get the most from the experience (although these aren’t mandatory!)
For those of you partaking in ‘Dry January’, our wonderful Head Bartenders have come up with some fresh and fruity mocktails to keep your taste buds energised this month. BOTTOMLESS LUNCH AT LA BODEGA LEEDS
Bottomless lunch has arrived in our Leeds cellar venue, La Bodega. Sitting beneath Ibérica Leeds, you’ll find our casual and laid-back bodega bar serving a selection of craft beers, wines and a range of creative sangrias. This month we launch Bottomless Lunch where you can enjoy three classic tapas dishes, alongside a menu of bottomless drinks for £40 per person. Bookings are essential, and each slot lasts for 90 minutes from the time of your reservation.
