The incredible flavour of Jamón Ibérico

To celebrate la Montanera  – acorn’s maturation season, we have proudly introduced Arturo Sánchez Gran Reserva to our new menu. Time is of essence on a product like this; made from Iberian pigs that have been fed acorns during two Montanera seasons, which usually occurs from October to February.

Two years of living in freedom, in the dehesa fields, to guarantee a double acorn-based feed and its healthy nutritional properties. Finally, it is left to cure for a minimum of 48 months in Guijuelo. There, the naturally dry wind from Béjarand Gredos mountains take care of the rest.
