1 Small cucumber
A dash of Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual extra virgin olive oil
A dash of sherry vinegar
A dash of soy sauce
1 Tin of mackerel in olive oil
1. Wash the tomatoes and cucumber.
2. Peel the cucumber.
3. Dice them and place everything is a bowl.
4. Combine the Canena Family Reserve Picual extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar to make the dressing.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
6. Lastly, add the mackerel and serve.
