– 5k of rise tomatoes
– 2 loaf of bread
– 1 red pepper
– 1 big cucumber
– 3 garlics
– 2 medium onion
– 1.5L of water
– Jerez vinegar and olive oil
– 50 gr of flaked cod
– 1 can of cockle
Put all the ingredients except the cod and the cockles in a bowl and grind them.
Put a pot with the can of cockle water and add the flaked cod. Let it boil during a few minutes.
Remove for the flame, let it cold.
Crumble well to add into the gazpacho with the cockles.
Just put in a dish and it will be ready to eat.
