6 Iberico ham sliced (Juan Pedro Domecq)
On a baking sheet, put the sliced of Iberian ham. Cook them in the furnace until the ham is cooked. Once fresh, break them in small piece.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. In a pan, heat the oil. Once hot, add the potatoes and lower the heat. Cut them during 10-15 min.
Crack the eggs in a bowl, and add on the cooked potatoes. When the egg white is cooked, move away from the heat with a skimmer, dripping the oil.
Salt the potatoes and the eggs. Add on them the iberian ham. You can also use Juan Pedro Domecq spicy chorizo, Jabuguito.
