– 150 g. Cantarelus white mushrooms
– 90 g. of fungus
– One beautiful truffle (tuber menalosporun)
– 80 g. roasted chestnuts
– 1 Apple
For the chestnut and apples chopped
– 80 g. chestnut
– 15 g. salt
– 1 liter water
– 1 russet apple
– 1 knob of butter
– 1 sprig of rosemary
