Produced in Northern Spain, Teruel DOP Sliced Ham is soft and mild, boasting a delicate flavour and aroma with sweet and savoury tones. This delicious ham comes from free-range pork which is salted and then cured for a minimum of 14 months. Extra thin, so that you can enjoy the true taste of Teruel, our favourite way to enjoy this ham is simple – on a warm platter with crusty bread and a glass of Spanish wine. Paired perfectly with Manchego cheese, this authentic Spanish Teruel ham presents a beautiful, bright red colour with marbling which is a sign of long, slow curing.

  • This sliced ham is produced using pigs raised and cured in the province of Teruel in Aragon, this meat boasts a delicate yet deep flavour.
  • Produced in Rubielos de Mora, Spain, this product contains 250g of pork that’s cured for 14-18 months.
