Raventos de Nit Brut Rose 2018 DO Conca del Riu Anoia

Delicate, ripe red fruit & minerally.

A sparkling wine made with the Macabeu, Xarel • lo, Parellada and Monastrell varieties from the La Plana, La Barbera and El Llac estates, in the center of the Alt Penedès wine-growing area. With a manual harvest and an ecological viticulture, it goes through two fermentations: the first in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and the second in the bottle for 15 months in a rhyme position.

Rice, especially if we talk about paella, is one of the best pairings with cava, one of the best harmonies of flavors.



Traditional Champenoise method: Over 18 months in bottle.
In 2012 “Raventos” decided to leave the Cava D.O. Focus in wines from single estate, specific soil and climate, native varieties, respectful winegrowing (biodynamic viticulture). Raventos family is one of the oldest continuous vineyard owners in the world (since 1497).
