About the producer

Los Balanchares, cheese makers since 1995, all their products are made in the artesanal way with the milk of the local farmers in the Natural Park of the Sierra Subbética in Zuheros, Cordoba.

Notes

3 months minimun ripeness. It has high levels of vitamin A, B2, calcium and vitamin D. It has lower cholesterol than cow’s milk-based cheeses.
