Las Hermanas' Paprika is made from peppers grown in La Vera, a traditional pepper-growing region of Spain, which are then transformed using traditional methods, where mature peppers are smoke-dried using oakwood before being ground to form a powder and then ground in stone mills to ensure they retain their natural flavour. The perfect condiment to introduce rich colour and flavour to paellas, as well as adding warm smoky notes to roast potatoes and butternut squash and enhancing chicken marinades.
