10g frisse lettuce
25g spinach leaves
70g conference pear
30g La Peral blue cheese
5g pine nuts
Salt to taste
Peel and cut the pear in to cubes
In a bowl, mix the spinach and frisee salad.
Add the pear cubes, blue cheese, pine nuts and raisins and mix.
Season the salad with a vinaigrette.
