That’s why we’re excited to invite you to our Ham Carving Experience from the month of August at Ibérica Victoria. Our experienced carver will take you through the process of preparing Jamón Ibérico, from choosing the perfect ham to carving it just right.
Explore the taste of three different kinds of ham served with a glass of sherry wine, and enjoy our addictive signature dish: ham croquetas as you learn the secrets behind our chef’s recipe.
