At Ibérica, you’ll hear the word “family” a lot; it’s how we characterise our group of restaurants, and it’s also where our inspiration comes from, with many of our dishes inspired by childhood memories of eating with our families in Spain. One of the reasons we’re so passionate about our homeland’s authentic dishes, wine, and culture is because of these fond memories of coming together to eat meals lovingly prepared from beautiful yet humble ingredients. And why it makes us so happy to share the best of these things with our visitors.
We want you to be successful at Ibérica, and we’ll do everything we can to help you. There are lots of opportunities to progress and develop your career with us, however far you want to go. Welcome to the Ibérica family. We hope you will experience the same pleasure we feel in giving our guests a true taste of Spain.
“Ibérica is a small piece of Spain in the UK. From its food to its staff. I have learned a lot about the Spanish peculiarity working in here. That have helped me to know more about the Spanish kitchen, ingredients and recipes too.”

“From my personal experience in Iberica, I can say that the most important thing has been to find a family environment that put me at ease in learning new knowledge about Spanish cuisine and giving me the opportunity right away to be able to progress my position, taking on new skills and responsibility.”
Luigi Mario – Head Waiter
