to London
For the first time in our 10 year history, Nacho Manzano, our Executive Chef, is leaving the mountains of beautiful Asturias behind to bring Casa Marcial, his 2 Michelin-starred restaurant to London.
We’d been looking for the perfect way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and now, over a year in the planning, we are delighted to finally be able to invite you to join us for one of seven very exclusive dinners we will be hosting in partnership with Casa Marcial. From 25th February to 3rd March 2019 Nacho and his team from Casa Marcial will be serving a 12-course tasting menu at Ibérica, including some of his most creative and yet classic Casa Marcial dishes; dishes that are inspired by the land and sea around him and dishes that have earnt him 2 Michelin stars.
This week-long residency really is a rare opportunity to dine on some of the very best food and produce straight from Spain. Dishes will be served exactly how you’d find them at Casa Marcial – precise and perfect. We encourage you to visit Asturias one day, as it is a breath-taking place, but in the mean time we hope you’ll join us in enjoying this taster of a region that holds a very special place in our hearts.

The month of Asturias
The 17 different regions of Spain deliver much in the way of diversity – from food to culture and landscape to traditions. This year, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we wanted to take the opportunity to pay homage to our homeland and all that it has to offer. Each month, we will transport our guests to a different region, starting in March with Asturias. Asturias is the home of our Group Executive Chef, Nacho Manzano, and many of the dishes on our menu are inspired by this lush region, where mountains meet coast. We’ll keep you posted on our events and special menus and we’re looking forward to telling you stories of our recent trip to this unique part of Spain.
