To keep showcasing the wide diversity of Spain’s wine scene, we bring you new additions to our wine list by Terras Gaudas Winery.

Located in the O Rosal valley in Galicia, they are proud of following a strict quality control over the production process of their wines. Separating wine making for each variety, they use Albariño with other local grape varieties to offer different expressions through their wines.

Join Iago Becerra from Terras Gaudas Winery who will walk all dinner guests through the different wines each paired with Ibérica’s dishes.

Tickets cost £50 per person and include 5 wines paired with tapas to share, a dessert with sherry. Note tickets are for a shared table hosted by Terras Gaudas Winery.



All dishes come to share as per Ibérica’s style. 100 ml glass per person of each wine.

 Terras Gauda O Rosal. Albariño paired with Manzanilla Olives and Jamón Ibérico Juan Pedro Domecq


La Mar. Caíño blanco and Albariño paired with Octopus a la Gallega and Green Asparagus with Manchego and Truffle Oil Toast


Petit Pittacum. Mencía and Godello paired with Croquetas de Jamón


Sardón. Tempranillo, Malbec, Garnacha paired with Twice Cooked Lamb


Val de la Loba. Mencía paired with Pitu Chicken Rice, Grilled Pork Secreto and Skinny Chips


Sherry Néctar. Pedro Ximénez Spanish Rice Pudding
