Our highly experienced team, directed by three Michelin Starred Executive Chef Nacho Manzano, produces an ever evolving menu at Ibérica. Manzano is renowned for his speciality fish dishes and his modern interpretations of  traditional Spanish cooking.  From his familiar Casa Marcial in the Asturian mountains, his urban La Salgar in Gijón or casa de comidas Gloria in Oviedo,  Manzano has travelled the world giving masterclasses in Spanish cuisine and represents Asturias at major international events.

Ibérica's Group Head Chef César García joined directly from his position, working alongside Ibérica’s Executive Chef Nacho Manzano. César relentlessly pursues his belief in Spanish provenance to ensure only the finest Spanish produce is used in creating Ibérica’s menu. Like Nacho Manzano he believes that quality ingredients are of the utmost importance to allow the flavours and the textures of the produce to take centre stage.
